Jae Stromberg, a Current Mentor for the DCBS Mentor Program
Second-Year DCBS Student:
Jae Michael Stromberg is a current Full Sail student mentor and director in Orange County, California. He has been exploring his creativity as a photographer for thirty years, a director for six, and he is eager to pass on this experience and knowledge to similarly passionate people who are carving their own path.
While currently mastering the “One-Man-Band” approach to filmmaking, due to a lack of knowledgeable contacts, he is a very collaborative person and looks forward to assisting other creative, passionate people learn the various roles and responsibilities in the filmmaking process. He hopes to help people identify the functional areas of interest in a production they feel drawn to, so he can help them learn how to do a job they want to focus on and more fully devote himself to the job of director.
He believes the DCBS student mentor program is the best way for him to give back to Full Sail University and the community of future filmmakers that will be who he works with in the future.
