This month’s DC Buzz will be hosted by Jessica Cobine, Lab Specialist. Jessica will be interviewing Jonah Travick is a 30-year veteran in the video, film, and television field as he started his career while still in high school working on major network TV productions and NASA.
After working as an entertainment technician for Walt Disney World, Jonah stepped in front of the camera co-hosting a daily, nationally broadcast show on Nickelodeon’s Slimetime Live, from 2000-2005.
After his performance days as an on-air host, Jonah went back to his calling being a part of the creative production team where he’s now been ever since. Performing many diverse roles as Cinematographer, Editor, Director, and Producer, in just as many diverse projects.
Today he mainly focuses on creating and producing promotional content for clients through his firm, SMedia, LLC
SMedia, LLC is a digital media content firm specializing in video and film for business, corporate imaging, and promotion. They have produced and contributed to content for companies and brands like Walt Disney World, IndyCar, National Geographic, TooJay’s, Smokey Bones, Margaritaville, Duffy’s, Miller’s Ale House, Subway, Hebni Nutrition.
